Business process improvement.
Scaling a business manually is exhausting and expensive. I look at your operations end-to-end, identifying what can be automated, what needs redesigning, and what's simply costing you more than it should.
Who this is for
Businesses that have outgrown the way they were set up. Everything still runs, but it runs through the owner, and every new client or new hire adds strain rather than capacity. The signs are familiar: the same problem solved three times, work that only one person knows how to do, and money leaking through processes nobody has looked at since the early days.
What we do
- Map how the work actually flows. Not the org chart. The real route an order, a job or a client takes through the business, and where it stalls.
- Decide what to automate, redesign or stop. Systems, tools and workflows, and the people running them. Some of it needs software. A surprising amount just needs a decision.
- Put numbers on it. What each process costs, what it should cost, and which fixes pay for themselves first. Cash flow and margin are processes too.
- Build it so it holds without you. Documented, owned, and tested against real volume before we call it done.
What you leave with
A leaner, faster business that doesn't fall apart as it grows. In practice: documented processes with named owners, the two or three changes that free the most time and money, and an owner who can take a week off without the business noticing.
